Onbe is a fast-growing fintech company transforming global payments. This role is a strategic position focused on identifying and implementing AI-driven automation across the organization.
You will partner with priority departments—starting with Implementations and FinOps—to map current-state workflows, identify repetitive work and legacy business problems, and design LLM-fed automation and AI-enabled workflows. Your responsibilities include:
• Observing, documenting, and mapping business workflows including systems, handoffs, exceptions, decision points, and manual effort
• Identifying repetitive work, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to reduce operational effort
• Determining whether opportunities are best addressed through standard automation, LLM-assisted workflows, agentic orchestration, or combinations thereof
• Designing LLM-fed automation that classifies, summarizes, extracts, routes, validates, or structures information to feed downstream workflows reliably
• Building and configuring AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using approved platforms: Power Automate, Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Atlassian Rovo
• Using Power Automate and connected enterprise systems to streamline approvals, notifications, case creation, data movement, reporting, and repeatable work
• Using Glean, Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Rovo to improve knowledge access, employee self-service, customer-service workflows, operational triage, and task execution
• Piloting solutions with end users, collecting feedback, testing edge cases, and iterating until workflows are useful, safe, and maintainable
• Measuring productivity gains, hours saved, cycle-time improvement, quality, adoption, and reduction in manual effort
• Creating reusable prompts, agent patterns, workflow templates, documentation, testing approaches, and governance standards
• Partnering with the People team and L&D to train employees, develop departmental champions, and support change management and adoption
• Maintaining a prioritized AI and automation backlog, communicating progress, and rotating to the next function after initial use cases stabilize
This is a business-process and platform-configuration role, not primarily a software engineering role. You will work credibly with both business teams and technical partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (Computer Science or Software Engineering welcome but not required)
• Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM applications, and no-code/low-code automation platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Glean, Decagon, Rovo, Claude, Zapier, or similar tools
• Ability to design LLM-fed workflows that turn unstructured inputs into reliable, reviewable automation steps
• Ability to map business processes and translate them into automation, agent, data, and testing requirements
• Understanding of prompt design, grounding, knowledge sources, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, and AI output evaluation
• Ability to identify when a use case requires technical engineering, security review, data remediation, or production support
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity, adaptability, customer mindset, and ability to work credibly with business and technical partners
