monday.com is hiring an AI Adoption Business Partner to drive enablement and adoption of AI capabilities across the Services and Tech Touch teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with high ownership and autonomy. You will partner closely with the POD Lead to design and execute AI adoption programs tailored to how these teams actually work. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting gap analyses to identify real blockers and barriers to AI adoption, not just surface-level requests - Designing and building creative enablement solutions across multiple formats: live workshops, embedded coaching, self-serve tools, scenario-based exercises, micro-learning, and other innovative approaches - Creating business-grounded enablement assets including playbooks, learning journeys, role-based guides, and hands-on simulations - Collaborating with the team's AI Builder when problems require AI-native solutions - Tracking adoption metrics, collecting feedback, and iterating on programs as if they were products - Contributing to onboarding agentification and monday Academy initiatives - Becoming a credible monday AI expert capable of enabling others You will challenge conventional approaches to learning and adoption, moving beyond standard slide decks and sessions to build solutions that actually change behavior. This role requires you to be self-directed, identifying gaps and moving forward without needing detailed specifications. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Enablement, or similar customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company - Deep understanding of how CS and Services teams operate and what creates friction in customer conversations - Proven experience designing varied enablement formats beyond standard courses (hands-on labs, scenario-based exercises, self-serve learning tools, peer-coaching programs) - Creative builder mindset with ability to identify what would actually change behavior - AI fluency and practical understanding of real-world AI adoption - Excellent communication skills: ability to facilitate sessions, write clearly, and adapt messaging by audience - Self-directed work style with ability to identify gaps and execute independently Nice to have: instructional design background, experience with interactive learning tools or simulations, familiarity with monday.com.
