Neko Health is redefining preventative care through data-driven insights delivered in a single, non-invasive visit. The company combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to provide personalized, actionable health insights before symptoms appear.
The AI Acceleration Specialist is a consultant-builder role focused on embedding AI capabilities across Neko's internal workflows. Rather than building in isolation, this role works collaboratively with teams to either build solutions directly, teach teams to build, or design solutions for handoff. Success is measured by adoption and impact, not activity or lines of code.
In the first 6–12 months, you will:
• Develop fluency in Neko's internal product development lifecycle (discovery, building, distribution, adoption, iteration) and apply it independently across engagements.
• Own workflows from discovery through adoption, ensuring they remain in active use with adoption metrics tracked from the start. Success is defined by sustained adoption, not just delivery.
• Track consulting engagement through one-to-ones and team sessions that help others learn or unblock challenges.
• Map and redesign at least two high-value workflows with their owning teams, establishing clear before-and-after metrics (hours saved or cost reduction) aligned with team leadership.
• Build and run AI Acceleration's own intake and tracking system with minimal manual coordination, owning the process end-to-end within a defined scope.
The role emphasizes a "10x, not 10%" mindset—pursuing step-change improvements rather than incremental gains. You will be tech-enabled but human-centered, balancing technical delivery with teaching and adoption support.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• One to three examples of taking a business problem, listening to stakeholders, building a solution, and deploying it end-to-end. At least one example should demonstrate ownership of moderate complexity with limited guidance. Internships, early-career roles, and strong projects count.
• High trainability and growth mindset; learns quickly and applies learning without prompting.
• Process mapping experience or demonstrated willingness to learn quickly (short course available).
• Working familiarity with applied AI: large language models, context, retrieval, agents, connectors, and evaluation.
• Bias toward adoption: follows up with teams using your solutions, observes how they work with them, and iterates based on what isn't landing.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in GTM engineering, solutions consulting, or AI operations.
• Empathy and supportive instinct; able to teach non-engineers and stay engaged with teams throughout a build.
• Interest in systems thinking; views AI Acceleration itself as a workflow worth improving.
