Hippocratic AI is seeking an Agent Deployment Architect to lead high-impact deployments of its healthcare-focused AI platform into health systems. This role bridges technical architecture and clinical workflows, translating breakthrough AI research into operational reality for provider organizations. You will own end-to-end deployment execution for health system customers, from design through go-live. By day 90, you will have completed your first major deployment, established key customer relationships, and documented playbooks and best practices. At 12 months, you will have led multiple deployments across different health systems and use cases, standardized deployment operating models, and become the trusted advisor for deployment guidance across customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: - Leading deployment planning and execution for provider customers end-to-end, owning timelines, scope, risk management, and go-live success - Partnering with customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows, clinical requirements, and strategic goals, translating them into actionable deployment designs - Translating implementation requirements into scalable solution designs that work across different provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery models - Driving cross-functional coordination across deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams - Proactively identifying and resolving deployment risks, flagging blockers early and maintaining momentum through complex healthcare challenges - Designing and standardizing deployment best practices, playbooks, and operating models based on implementation learnings - Serving as trusted advisor to customers during rollout and adoption, supporting change management and training You will work alongside Deployment Strategists, engineers, product managers, and clinical experts, embedded with customers while staying connected to cross-functional teams. Expect regular travel (25–40%) to customer sites for on-site implementation work, training, and go-live support. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or related customer-facing role working with enterprise or healthcare customers - Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems—either from direct experience in health systems or from implementing solutions in provider environments - Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across clinical, operational, IT, and executive levels - Excellent communication skills, especially translating between business and technical audiences - Strong problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve - Track record of driving execution and delivering results across cross-functional teams - BA/BS degree required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Direct experience with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or adjacent organizations in deployment, implementation, or consulting capacity - Deep familiarity with healthcare operational workflows and implementation challenges (EHR integration, clinical workflow mapping, change management, regulatory requirements) - Experience designing and scaling repeatable deployment processes across multiple customer environments - Track record balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution - Familiarity with healthcare compliance and operational requirements (HIPAA, state regulations, quality reporting, clinical governance) - Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools deployed in healthcare settings
