Diligent is hiring Advisory Specialists I for its Professional Services team, supporting customers across the Risk & Audit domain. This role focuses on delivering professional services throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation to enablement.
Key responsibilities include executing and delivering solutions in response to managed services requests, leveraging domain and product expertise to guide customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution. You will work with clients to understand their program goals and data collection/processing needs, configure and implement Diligent's GRC products, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. The role involves leading implementation processes end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams (PS management, Customer Success, Sales, Product), and building customer confidence through expert guidance.
You'll develop deep domain and product expertise through continuous learning, provide guidance on best practices and product usage, and ensure exceptional customer experience during the implementation journey. Collaboration with Delivery Managers ensures proper routing and handling of service requests.
Required qualifications include 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or related client-facing roles. You should embody a customer-first mindset with urgency, excellence, and accountability. A good understanding of GRC disciplines (governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, information security) is essential, along with strong written and verbal English communication skills, ability to learn Diligent products quickly, and passion for the GRC domain.
Behavioral skills include effective time management, high-quality work ethic with attention to detail, willingness to problem-solve and learn in a changing environment, and ability to engage customer personnel in solution discussions.
Preferred qualifications include GRC and/or analytics tool experience, platform-based product experience, relevant undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting & Audit, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, MIS), and professional GRC accreditations (CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
The role is open to candidates in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Candidates in office locations must work from the office at least 50% of the time under the hybrid working policy. No visa sponsorship is available.
