Diligent is seeking an Advisory Specialist I to join the Professional Services team in Vancouver. This role focuses on delivering professional services and managed solutions to customers throughout their entire journey with Diligent's GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) platform.
Key responsibilities include executing and delivering solutions in response to managed services requests, serving as a subject matter expert on Diligent's solutions, and collaborating with internal teams (PS management, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure successful delivery and exceptional client experiences.
You will work directly with clients to understand their program goals and how they collect and process data. Using Diligent's methodology, you'll configure and implement the product, enable customers to use it effectively, and provide guidance on best practices. You'll lead the implementation process end-to-end, including direct customer engagement, while ensuring timely and quality delivery of contracted services.
The role involves continuous learning to develop and maintain domain and product expertise, collaborating with Delivery Managers to route requests appropriately, and building confidence in independently managing customer implementations.
Required qualifications include approximately 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or related client-facing roles. You should embody a customer-first mindset, operate with urgency and accountability, and have a good understanding of or willingness to learn GRC disciplines such as governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, and information security. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to learn Diligent products and apply product and domain knowledge to customer requirements.
