Diligent is seeking Advisory Specialists to join its Professional Services team. In this role, you will execute and deliver solutions in response to managed services requests from customers, serving as a subject matter expert in Diligent's GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) solutions.
Key responsibilities include delivering professional services across the entire customer journey and product enablement lifecycle; assisting PS management, customer success teams, and other stakeholders at different stages of the customer lifecycle; leveraging domain, industry, and product expertise to guide customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution; building capability to lead implementation processes end-to-end independently; working with clients to understand their program goals and data collection/processing needs; configuring and implementing Diligent products using established methodology; providing guidance on best practices and product usage; ensuring excellent customer experience during implementation; delivering contracted services on time and with high quality; and collaborating with Delivery Managers on service requests.
Required qualifications include 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or related client-facing roles; a customer-first mindset with urgency, excellence, and accountability; understanding of or willingness to learn GRC disciplines such as governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, and information security; ability to learn Diligent products and apply product/domain knowledge to customer requirements; strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation and workshop support; ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers; and passion for GRC.
Desirable qualifications include experience with GRC and/or analytics tools; experience with platform-based products/solutions; undergraduate degree in relevant areas such as Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting and Audit, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS; and relevant professional GRC accreditations (CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, etc.).
Candidates based in office locations within Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time under the hybrid working policy. For candidates based elsewhere within these countries without an office, remote working arrangements will be considered. No visa sponsorship is available; applicants must already have legal right to work in their country of residence.
