Diligent is hiring an Advisory & Consulting Manager to lead professional services delivery for its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) SaaS platform. You will manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, from kick-off through go-live, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Key responsibilities include: leading multiple concurrent implementation engagements; managing project portfolios, financials, and team utilization; mobilizing resources to minimize delays and overruns; translating client requirements into solution designs; owning risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) management; facilitating client workshops and training; managing stakeholder communication and project health; coaching junior team members (Senior Specialists and Specialists); identifying upsell opportunities; and continuously improving delivery methodologies through lessons learned and best practices.
You will work closely with commercial teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases to support customer acquisition and retention. The role requires strong operational execution, hands-on project leadership, and the ability to drive tangible governance and compliance outcomes for clients.
The position is based in Australia, Singapore, or New Zealand, with a hybrid working model (minimum 50% office time for those in office locations). Remote arrangements are available for candidates outside office locations. No visa sponsorship is available; applicants must have legal work rights in their country of residence.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years in project management, implementation delivery, or operations roles; experience with technology platforms and complex business processes; demonstrated ability to leverage AI for workflow and operational improvements; excellent English communication skills; proven track record in operational execution and delivery management; ability to independently lead projects through full lifecycle; strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills; excellent organizational and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments.
Desirable experience includes familiarity with GRC, board management, or entity management platforms, and exposure to global client environments.
