Diligent is hiring an Advisory & Consulting Manager to lead implementation delivery and consulting engagements for its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions. This is a hands-on operations and project leadership role within the Professional Services team.
You will own end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, from kick-off through go-live. Key responsibilities include: leading multiple concurrent implementations while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and team utilization; translating client requirements into solution designs and implementation plans; managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) across projects; facilitating client workshops and training to drive adoption; owning stakeholder communication and project health monitoring; coaching and mentoring junior delivery specialists; and identifying opportunities to expand the product footprint with existing and new customers.
You'll work closely with commercial teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable growth. The role requires proactive portfolio management, early identification of delivery drift, and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies through playbooks and best practices.
The position is based in Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates in office locations are expected to work hybrid (50%+ in-office); those elsewhere in these countries may arrange remote work. No visa sponsorship is available.
Required: 3–5 years in project management, implementation delivery, or operations roles with strong business acumen. You need hands-on experience with technology platforms and complex business processes, demonstrated success in operational execution and full-lifecycle project delivery, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to independently lead projects with high ownership and accountability.
Preferred: experience with GRC or board/entity management platforms, and experience leveraging AI to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
