Diligent is seeking an Advisory & Consulting Manager to lead customer adoption and implementation projects for its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong project management discipline, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering complex SaaS implementations on time and on budget.
You will own end-to-end project delivery, including requirements capture, project planning, team resource mobilization, budget management, and risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include leading customer implementation projects with a focus on operational consistency; managing portfolio operations including time tracking, scope capture, and project financials; mobilizing the right team resources to minimize delays and overruns; developing business solutions leveraging Diligent's full product suite; managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and escalating decisions early; ensuring adherence to Diligent's Services Strategy methodology and delivery governance practices; applying structured documentation standards across customer meetings and project artifacts; demonstrating AI fluency by using approved tools to accelerate delivery artifacts while maintaining quality; monitoring project health diagnostics and proactively responding to delivery drift; and executing all core project management tasks including requirements gathering, project planning, customer enablement coordination, and stakeholder communication.
You bring a strong background in project management and SaaS delivery with a process-oriented, disciplined approach to execution. You are energized by delivering complex projects with consistency, maintaining high standards of project control, and ensuring teams follow repeatable implementation practices. You partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive methodology adherence, maintain clear structured documentation, and proactively identify and respond to delivery risks and project health issues.
