Diligent is seeking an Advisory & Consulting Manager to lead customer adoption and implementation projects for its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong project management discipline and operational excellence.
You will own end-to-end customer implementation projects, driving successful delivery while maintaining operational consistency and adherence to Diligent's Services Strategy methodology. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead customer implementation and adoption projects with focus on operational excellence and successful delivery outcomes
• Manage portfolio operations including time/scope capture, project financials, team utilization, and budget management
• Mobilize appropriate team resources to minimize delays and overruns while actively managing project budgets and delivery efficiencies
• Develop business solutions leveraging Diligent's full product suite to improve delivery efficiency and reduce implementation risk
• Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management across assigned projects, maintaining clear logs and driving mitigation plans
• Ensure consistent adherence to implementation standards and delivery governance practices across all project lifecycle phases
• Apply structured capture standards across customer meetings, workshops, and requirements discussions to ensure clear, reusable documentation
• Demonstrate AI fluency by using approved tools to accelerate creation of status updates, meeting summaries, requirements documentation, and project plans
• Monitor project health diagnostics and proactively respond to delivery drift by identifying early warning signs and driving corrective actions
• Execute core project management tasks including requirements capture, project planning, customer enablement coordination, and stakeholder communication
You bring strong background in project management and SaaS delivery with a process-oriented mindset and disciplined approach to execution. You are energized by delivering complex projects with consistency, maintaining high standards of project control, and ensuring teams follow repeatable implementation practices that support scalable outcomes.
