Savvy is a Series B fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) that partners with experienced advisors, providing them with a modern, AI-native platform, in-house marketing support, investment management, and client services—allowing advisors to service up to 50% more households while saving 19 hours weekly.
As an Advisor Success Manager, you will own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of financial advisors, ensuring they feel supported and successful on Savvy's platform. You'll partner closely with the Head of Advisor Success to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics. Key responsibilities include championing Savvy's value proposition, driving platform adoption and product utilization, identifying churn risk and developing mitigation plans, and serving as the voice of the advisor to internal teams including Product, Operations, Growth, and Marketing.
You will design and deliver ongoing training, programming, and enablement to help advisors become power users of the platform. You'll collaborate with Sales on smooth handoffs and high-impact onboarding experiences, build strong feedback loops with advisors, and continuously improve processes to support scale. The role requires balancing multiple initiatives while adapting quickly as priorities evolve in a fast-growing environment.
Required qualifications include 3–5+ years in customer success, advisor success, account management, client engagement, or sales enablement. You must have strong relationship-building and communication skills, experience onboarding and training customers on software adoption, a customer-first mindset with strong ownership, proficiency with AI tools, and the ability to multitask in a high-growth setting. Nice-to-have experience includes prior work in wealth management, high-growth startups, or the services industry.
