Altruist is building an AI platform for wealth management professionals, partnering with financial advisors nationwide to help them grow, optimize resources, and deliver better client outcomes.
You'll own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of advisory firms transitioning onto the Altruist platform. This is a critical role—firms have already committed, and your execution during the transition either reinforces their decision or undermines it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage client implementations from post-sale handoff through platform launch, ensuring committed assets migrate on schedule and firms reach value quickly
- Conduct structured discovery before kickoff, then customize implementation plans and training to each firm's actual workflows
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans covering timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, driving accountability and removing blockers
- Own the firm relationship at handoff from Sales, ensuring continuity and trust
- Cover all seven core platform areas: advisor experience, client experience, account opening, funding, trading, fee billing, and reporting/integrations
- Train to workflows rather than feature lists; surface known friction proactively
- Run weekly transition health cadences reporting risks, owners, and next steps
- Set up steady-state relationships with clear escalation paths and documented open items before rolloff
- Feed implementation friction and product gaps back to internal teams with actionable specificity
- Continuously improve playbooks, templates, and training based on learnings from each engagement
You'll need 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or client-facing operations (B2B financial services preferred), FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (required), and deep knowledge of how independent RIAs operate and custodial transitions work. Executive presence with firm principals and COOs is essential, along with demonstrated project management across concurrent client engagements and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Dallas or Culver City office.
