Salary: USD 69,250 - 118,250 / annual
Curriculum Associates is seeking an Adoptions Manager to lead K–12 educational material adoptions across ELA/SLA and other subject areas. The role is central to driving successful state and district adoption outcomes for i-Ready and related programs that serve one-third of the nation's K–8 students.
Key responsibilities include completing product-specific adoption forms (briefs, evaluation rubrics), managing state and public reviewer websites via Workfront, writing district presentation responses, and maintaining i-Knowledge adoption pages throughout the lifecycle. You will produce educational navigation videos and guides, provide input on adoption communications and marketing campaigns, and support adoption debriefs to analyze performance. The role also involves bid submission support and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will develop deep product knowledge of Curriculum Associates' ELA/SLA materials and be cross-trained to support math and science adoptions. The position requires strong project execution, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity is valued.
Required qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years in K–12 publishing (reading/ELA market familiarity preferred); 2+ years in K–12 education. Travel is minimal (less than once per quarter).
