ElevenLabs is a $11B AI research and product company founded in January 2023, transforming human-technology interaction through voice and multimodal AI. This is a newly created Adoption Strategist role for the APAC region, sitting at the intersection of customer adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise. You will design and execute programs—onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks—that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate core use cases and expand into new products. All programs must scale across a high-volume customer book rather than be customized to individual accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value on core use cases
- Developing deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, particularly ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, staying ahead of new product launches
- Auditing customer agent configurations and feature setup to identify gaps and provide value-add recommendations
- Tracking and driving adoption metrics in partnership with Revenue Operations, developing data-driven strategies and playbooks
- Delivering targeted adoption campaigns including regional live workshops and webinars with Account Management and Customer Experience teams
- Partnering with Solutions Engineering, GTM, Product Marketing, and Engineering to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey
- Supporting high-impact initiatives for the local GTM team and global results
You will be extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and proficient with AI tools to automate systems. The role is expected to evolve over time, requiring adaptability and a builder mindset. ElevenLabs operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first approach across the organization.
