Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 / annual

The Admissions Team Lead role manages a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, driving enrollment goals while maintaining Campus's values and operational excellence. This is a people-management position requiring direct oversight of counselor performance, pipeline management, and team development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly manage and coach 7–10 Admissions Counselors toward individual and team enrollment goals
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress, identify challenges, and ensure enrollment targets are met
- Monitor counselor performance and provide constructive feedback during weekly coaching calls (2–3 intro calls weekly)
- Oversee pipeline management and accurate record-keeping across the team
- Develop and implement strategies for team motivation and operational improvements
- Professionally develop counselors through weekly 1-1 sessions and collaborate with trainers on leadership development
- Onboard new counselors alongside the Director and Trainer
- Recommend training, improvement plans, or disciplinary actions as needed
- Mentor counselors for skill development and potential promotion
- Communicate new processes, updates, and information effectively to the team
- Report to management on lead quality, volume, and trends affecting team performance
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture within the admissions department
- Lead by example and delegate responsibilities fairly
The role is hybrid: in-office Tuesday–Thursday (essential for student engagement and team collaboration), with remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments
- Prior leadership/management experience with direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring new H-1B sponsorship (H-1B transfers and TN visas for eligible Canadian/Mexican citizens supported)
