In this Administration and Operations Manager role, you will support Canadian office operations including employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating events and social activities, and facilities management. You will also handle executive assistant responsibilities such as calendar management, travel booking, and serving as committee secretary.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of office management and/or administrative experience, a background in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent, and perfect command of English. You must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and with global teams, and strong relationship management capabilities. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and technologically savvy with proficiency in Google Calendar, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, or German) and familiarity with tools like Monday, Canva, or Asana.
