As an ADM Solutions Consultant, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Addepar's Alternatives Data Management (ADM) solution for institutional clients. You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, including project management, solution design, and execution. Your core responsibilities include guiding clients through the ADM onboarding process, ensuring compatibility with their existing Addepar infrastructure, and developing solutions for any integration gaps.
You will work cross-functionally with Data, Product, Client Management, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires managing multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining high-touch client relationships. You will identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and methodologies as the platform scales.
The ideal candidate brings 2-3+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, project management, or consulting. You should have hands-on experience with alternative investment data and project management methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with the Addepar platform is a plus. You must be self-reliant, display leadership qualities, and take ownership of client success.
