Exotec is a French industrial unicorn revolutionizing automation through AI-powered robotics deployed globally. The company is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Manager to lead indirect procurement strategy within a rapidly scaling international environment.
You will own IT procurement across hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, and professional services. Your responsibilities include defining and evolving procurement strategy, leading supplier consultations, negotiations, and contract renewals with strategic partners. You will structure and manage the supplier panel to optimize costs, service quality, and risk management, while strengthening the contractual framework in collaboration with legal teams.
You will support internal stakeholders in identifying and addressing their procurement needs, develop performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes. You will contribute to the indirect procurement roadmap and occasionally support other corporate categories (HR, Finance, Marketing). Depending on your experience, you may mentor and support a junior indirect buyer.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of indirect procurement experience with confirmed expertise in IT procurement
- Strong command of software, SaaS, cloud, IT hardware, and professional services procurement
- Proven success in structuring, optimizing, or transforming procurement policies
- Solid negotiation, contract management, and strategic supplier management skills
- Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, and ability to identify performance levers
- Pragmatic, results-oriented approach with focus on simple, effective, and sustainable solutions
- Passion for continuous improvement, process automation, and high-growth environments
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
