Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 / annual
Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company developing quantum computers, sensors, and networks to solve complex problems across fundamental physics and commercial applications.
In this role, you will report to the Disbursement Manager and handle day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities include processing accounts payable transactions, reconciling corporate credit cards, and executing other financial transactions. You will work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial activities.
This is an individual contributor role within the finance function, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
**Requirements:**
- Five years of prior accounting experience required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to track down information and take initiative
- Mindful of deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
**Preferred:**
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Proficiency with Excel
- Accounting degree
