You will work closely with the Finance Manager and teams across the business, coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and finance partners across multiple jurisdictions. As k-ID scales, there will be significant opportunity to take on broader responsibilities across financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, systems, and controls. The role offers competitive startup salary, employee stock options, comprehensive family health coverage (medical, dental, vision), mental health and wellness support, hands-on exposure with key clients, direct exposure to senior leadership, and a collaborative, mission-driven work environment. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience. - Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit requirements. - Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, with ability to work across both frameworks. - Experience with revenue recognition, customer contract accounting, and billing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or subscription business. - Experience with Singapore GST, corporate tax, and statutory reporting requirements. Exposure to finance operations across multiple countries or legal entities is highly valued. - Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to turn financial data into useful analysis for business leaders. - Experience with NetSuite or another major ERP (direct NetSuite experience strongly preferred). - Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors, and other finance service providers. - Comfortable using AI, automation, and modern finance tools to improve processes and strengthen controls. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong judgment and ability to identify and investigate issues independently. - Comfortable being hands-on with both day-to-day finance operations and complex accounting and reporting work. - Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving global environment where processes and responsibilities continue to evolve.
