AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company combines AI-driven search with a universe of public and private content—equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, and trade journals—to help sophisticated organizations remove uncertainty from decision-making.
You will join the Life Sciences Vertical Sales team, focused on selling to top life sciences companies throughout EMEA. This is a high-growth opportunity to sell an award-winning product experiencing rapid adoption in the pharma, biotech, medtech, and CRO/CDMO sectors.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the life sciences value chain—from R&D and regulatory to commercial and corporate strategy. You'll engage deeply with multiple stakeholder groups, conducting rigorous pre-call research to establish credibility with domain experts. You will lead executive-level presentations and on-site workshops, develop quantified business cases that tie AlphaSense adoption to measurable ROI improvements, and represent the company at major industry events (BIO, HLTH) with live demonstrations and networking.
You'll orchestrate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across regional and global teams, navigating procurement and legal review at the executive level. You'll collaborate closely with Product Specialists and Customer Success to design proof-of-concept trials and onboarding strategies that demonstrate clear ROI.
Key responsibilities include providing insight-led guidance on competitive, market, and scientific intelligence; aligning AlphaSense capabilities to strategic objectives across pharma, biotech, medtech, and CRO/CDMO organizations; and positioning the company as a market intelligence leader in life sciences.

- Demonstrated success building executive credibility quickly and sustaining strategic relationships across R&D, commercial, and corporate functions
- Exceptional skills in industry event networking, conferences, and panel participation to raise personal and company profile
- Proficiency explaining complex financial data and concepts to non-financial audiences at life sciences organizations (virtually, via phone, and in writing)
- Knowledge and experience with life sciences personas, particularly those in Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, Business Development, M&A, Investor Relations, and Research functions
- Intellectual curiosity in life sciences; ability to ask the right questions and uncover business challenges at all organizational levels from analysts to C-suite
- Hard-working with a 'never give up' attitude and natural tenacity
- Coachable with openness to feedback and desire for constant improvement
