Conduct is building an AI layer for managing the world's most complex ERP environments. The company helps IT teams accelerate their work through AI agents that assist with fit-gap analyses, hypercare support, business process documentation, ABAP development, and more. Recently closed a $50M+ Series A and is working with major enterprises on their most critical systems.
In this role, you'll develop software across the full stack—from ABAP connectors to AI agents to backend and frontend systems. You'll work directly with customers, shape product direction, and ship features that run inside some of the most complex enterprise environments globally. As an SAP specialist, you'll identify edge cases, constraints, and domain-specific quirks that only deep experience can catch.
The team values ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. You'll contribute wherever your strengths lie: writing ABAP integrations, developing AI agents that execute ABAP tasks, contributing to backend/frontend work, or influencing product strategy.
Tech stack: ABAP for custom reports and system integration; React, Vite, and TanStack for frontend; Kotlin for backend; Temporal and PortKey for durable execution and LLM routing; a specialized LLM harness built for enterprise control and reliability.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience (technical consultant, ABAP developer, solutions architect, or similar)
- Deep understanding of SAP system architecture: data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, enhancement frameworks
- Experience working within or alongside large SAP implementations and migrations
- Willingness to work beyond ABAP: AI agents, backend, frontend, infrastructure
- Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts and commitment to production-grade code at enterprise scale
