Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead the scale-up, performance, and expansion of rare earth metals manufacturing operations, starting with the Exeter facility and extending to future production sites. The VP will be responsible for transforming first-of-its-kind production processes into safe, reliable, high-throughput, and economically competitive manufacturing systems.
Key responsibilities include establishing operating discipline, building and scaling the manufacturing organization, implementing continuous improvement systems, and setting production standards. The role requires moving the company from early commercial production to a repeatable, scalable manufacturing model that can be deployed across multiple facilities.
