Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Vice President of Engineering Projects to lead the execution of major engineering and capital projects, including development of the Freedom facility and future large-scale production infrastructure. This executive role owns the complete project lifecycle from engineering development and EPCM strategy through construction, commissioning, and operational handoff.
Key responsibilities include establishing project execution systems, technical governance, commercial discipline, and external partnerships required to deliver complex industrial facilities safely, efficiently, and at the pace demanded by Phoenix's growth. The VP will review engineering decisions, challenge EPCM partners, manage major project risk, and build the internal organization required to deliver next-generation facilities.

The ideal candidate has delivered major capital projects in technically demanding industrial environments and understands the transition from process design to operating facility. This leader should be comfortable with technical depth, commercial rigor, risk management, and organizational development.
