Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Associate in Marketing Operations to serve as the reporting and analytics backbone of the marketing organization. This is a hands-on, data-first role focused on building dashboards, models, and recurring reporting that drive decision-making across the go-to-market function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and build Innovaccer's marketing reporting stack using Power BI, covering funnel performance, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, channel efficiency, and content engagement
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences, consolidating data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign platforms into a single source of truth for leadership
- Build and maintain analytical models in Excel for conversion analysis, cohort analysis, source-of-pipeline attribution, budget tracking, and campaign diagnostics
- Use Claude Code to automate recurring data pulls, reconciliations, and report generation, replacing manual spreadsheet work with repeatable, documented scripts
- Own data hygiene and metric definitions across systems—lead lifecycle stages, UTM taxonomy, source mapping—ensuring reconciliation across marketing, SDR, and sales views
- Instrument goals and OKRs with functional marketing leaders and track progress with self-serve reporting
- Support quarterly planning, business reviews, and QBRs with analysis, charts, and written narratives for senior leadership
- Investigate anomalies and data discrepancies, providing root-cause analysis and actionable insights
- Document and productize work to ensure dashboards, models, and refreshes run reliably without ongoing manual intervention
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, business analytics, BI, or consulting, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or data-driven environments
- Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and multi-source dashboard blending
- Advanced Excel proficiency: pivots, lookups, Power Query, and clean, auditable model building
- Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code to automate data preparation, scripting, and report generation; SQL or Python exposure is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot data structures, B2B funnel mechanics, pipeline stages, and campaign performance metrics
- Obsessive attention to detail with ability to reconcile before publishing and explain numbers simply to non-analytical audiences
