Innovaccer is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager to lead and supervise a team of engineers responsible for developing, testing, and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers. You will own the full lifecycle of customer engineering projects—from understanding business requirements and integrating partner products and services into Innovaccer's platforms, to building infrastructure that helps enterprise customers run their operations more efficiently.
In this role, you will supervise and lead engineers and quality analysts, directing data integrations, analytics dashboards, maintenance operations, and quality assurance activities. You'll work closely with internal engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to define, design, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. You'll own delivery plans and timelines through direct consultation with customers, negotiate features and enhancements with internal and external stakeholders, and provide technical leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and leading a team of engineers and quality analysts
- Directing and coordinating data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations, and quality assurance
- Collaborating with engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and other teams to define and deliver solutions
- Owning delivery plans and timelines in consultation with customers
- Driving technical deliverables and providing leadership to engineers
- Negotiating features, enhancements, and incoming tasks with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and technical project management
- Strong technical project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proven experience delivering small, medium, and large data integration and analytics projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, software engineering, business domains)
- Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction
- Familiarity with data ETL tools and mapping document creation
- Basic scripting experience (Python)
- Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and service-oriented architectures
- Knowledge of data extraction challenges and benefits in on-premise and cloud deployments
- Agile Methodology experience is a plus
- US Healthcare experience is a strong plus
