Innovaccer is seeking an Associate Director – Solution Architect to lead the positioning of its healthcare technology platform through coherent solution architecture that addresses customer challenges. This role bridges discovery, design, and delivery, requiring deep technical expertise combined with strategic stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer pain points and requirements
• Develop comprehensive architecture perspectives (conceptual, design, security, deployment) that address stakeholder concerns
• Present both business and technical solutions to internal and external stakeholder groups
• Respond to RFI/RFPs with deep technical product expertise
• Design and develop proof-of-concept (POC) plans and coordinate execution across cross-functional teams
• Develop solution roadmaps to guide customers toward their solution vision
• Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with strong organizational and leadership discipline
This is a pre-sales and customer-facing role that requires balancing technical depth with business acumen. You will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure solutions align with Innovaccer's growing portfolio while meeting customer needs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (7+ years preferred)
• Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS or Azure (certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding of data management frameworks: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse architectures
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple concurrent opportunities
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks/Snowflake certifications; Snowflake hands-on experience; healthcare domain exposure
