Phoenix Tailings is a clean mining and metals production startup focused on sustainable critical metals extraction. The company is building the world's first fully clean mining and metals production facility, with a mission to produce rare earth and critical metals needed for next-generation technologies while maintaining environmental and economic sustainability.
You will join as a Senior Production Engineer at the company's first commercial rare earth metal production facility in Exeter, NH. This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in launching and scaling next-generation rare earth metal refining processes. Your primary focus will be ensuring safe, consistent, and high-performance operation of production systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly on the production floor with operators, engineers, and plant leadership
