Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support new client onboarding and manage the complete implementation lifecycle. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, responsible for their success and overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure client interfaces and create dashboards in Mpex (HRIS) for new clients
- Manage multiple concurrent client implementations, execute initial payroll processing, and train new clients
- Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and clients
- Develop and execute implementation project plans
- Consult with clients to understand payroll, HR, and benefits needs; identify business challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Update CRM records with key milestones, tasks, and relevant implementation details
- Collaborate with business consultants to launch client implementation processes
- Verify accuracy of client payroll and HR data
- Master service types and service models to facilitate client transitions
The role involves primarily desk-based work with occasional travel. You will need strong visual acuity for detailed work, frequent verbal communication, and sustained concentration with moderate to high mental effort.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR/payroll outsourcing, PEO services, or related field
- Knowledge of HRIS/CRM systems and payroll/tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Project management competencies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education may be considered
