Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization in North America, is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to manage the full implementation lifecycle for new clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of Vensure's HR/HCM technology, managed services, and payroll solutions. In this role, you will: - Complete client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients - Manage multiple concurrent client implementations and execute first payroll runs - Train newly onboarded clients on system usage and best practices - Develop and execute detailed implementation project plans - Consult with clients to assess payroll, HR, and benefits needs, recommending tailored solutions - Maintain and update the Client Space (CRM) with milestones, tasks, and project status - Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders (Business Consultants, technical teams) - Review and audit client payroll and HR data for accuracy and compliance - Demonstrate understanding of Vensure's service types and service delivery models to facilitate smooth client transitions You will work in a collaborative environment supporting businesses ranging from small employers to large enterprises, with exposure to diverse industries and payroll/HR scenarios. The role combines technical system knowledge with client-facing communication and project management. REQUIREMENTS: - 3 years of related experience in HR/payroll outsourcing, PEO, or similar HR technology/services roles (required) - Associate degree preferred - HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or PEO industry knowledge (required) - HRIS/CRM/Systems experience - Payroll and tax subject matter knowledge - Strong analytical, time management, and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Problem-solving orientation - Office product proficiency (Microsoft Office suite) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus under moderate to high concentration demands
