Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits (Senior BIC) based in Georgia. This role is a subject matter expert position responsible for leading complex benefit implementations and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will lead the benefit implementation process for new clients from project initiation through completion, ensuring seamless, compliant, and timely transitions to services. You'll serve as the primary benefits point of contact for clients during implementation, addressing questions, managing expectations, and resolving issues. Your responsibilities include providing expert guidance on benefit configuration, system setup, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and implementation best practices. You will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, Integrations, and other internal partners to ensure alignment and successful execution. You'll manage multiple implementations simultaneously while prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy and organization. Detailed data review and quality control will be performed to validate setup accuracy, compliance, and readiness for go-live. As a senior resource, you will identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and gaps throughout the implementation lifecycle. You'll lead complex, high-risk, or high-difficulty client implementations that require advanced knowledge, customization, or coordination, and serve as an escalation resource for complex client or system issues. Mentoring and supporting junior Benefit Implementation Consultants by sharing knowledge, assisting with troubleshooting, and providing guidance on complex benefit, system, or regulatory scenarios is a key part of this role. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of implementation methodologies, tools, templates, and training materials. Staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and system enhancements is essential, as is supporting department initiatives, special projects, pilots, integrations, acquisitions, and change-management efforts as assigned. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of related experience in benefit implementation, benefit administration, or a closely related field - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, education, certifications, or training - Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years related experience AND related certification preferred - Demonstrated experience managing complex or large-scale benefit implementations - Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR - Strong understanding of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and related programs - Working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations related to benefit administration - Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Industry certification preferred (e.g., FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, or similar) - Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs and benefit administration processes - Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills - Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and establish trust - Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in escalated or high-pressure situations - Demonstrated ability to mentor and support peers
