Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and service provider, is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor in Georgia. This role manages client relationships and ensures seamless delivery of payroll, HR, and business process outsourcing services to thousands of businesses.
You will serve as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients, coordinating user setup, training, and onboarding on web-based payroll and reporting platforms. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing client accounts by building strong relationships with clients, internal partners, brokers, and peers through proactive communication and service recommendations
• Acting as liaison between clients and internal operations to ensure service delivery aligns with department SOPs
• Coordinating and leading client meetings to address escalated issues and significant account matters
• Identifying service gaps and introducing new products/services based on client needs
• Managing and escalating client issues through multiple communication channels and internal case systems
• Overseeing payroll processing accuracy, reviewing processed payrolls, and resolving errors
• Monitoring Payroll Specialists' work to ensure data accuracy and timely processing
• Providing guidance on payroll tax questions, state/federal reporting requirements, and tax account registration
• Managing payroll tax notices and driving resolution
• Facilitating proactive retention strategies for at-risk clients through collaboration with internal teams and business consultants
• Recommending annual fee adjustments based on client needs
• Coaching and providing feedback on team performance; scheduling and facilitating weekly team huddles
• Collaborating with management to implement operational changes and escalate issues
• Maintaining clear, consistent client communications
• Providing occasional backup support during high-volume periods
This is an on-site role requiring regular office attendance due to secure system access needs, collaboration on sensitive matters, and hands-on operational involvement.
Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum
• 2+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, or multistate payroll experience (or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, or job training)
• 2–4 years of customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn new applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Sound decision-making abilities and high attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
