Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held organization in HR technology and services, is seeking an iSolved Implementation Manager to oversee implementation functions and lead a team of Client Implementation Specialists. The role is based in Chandler, Arizona, on-site.
You will be responsible for executing client implementations, mentoring and supporting the Client Implementation Team in employee development and implementation processes, handling first-level client escalations, and ensuring quality control and timely delivery of implementations. You will manage a team of Client Implementation and Senior Client Implementation Specialists, report team performance to senior leadership, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
This is a people-management role requiring strong leadership and supervisory capabilities. You will need deep expertise in HR/payroll outsourcing, PEO industry knowledge, and hands-on experience with HRIS/CRM systems. Payroll and tax subject matter knowledge is essential, along with project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong time management abilities and proficiency in Office products.
The role involves frequent sitting with occasional standing and walking. You will need close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Frequent talking and hearing are required, with moderate concentration and intensity involving prolonged mental effort.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum 5 years of related experience in HR/payroll outsourcing or PEO
- 1–2 years of management/supervisory experience
- iSolved experience required
- FPC, PHR, or related certification preferred
