Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits (Senior BIC) based in Georgia. This role serves as a subject matter expert leading complex benefit implementations while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
You will lead the complete benefit implementation lifecycle for new clients from project initiation through go-live, serving as the primary benefits point of contact and addressing client questions, expectations, and issues. You'll provide expert guidance on benefit configuration, system setup, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and implementation best practices. The role requires coordinating across cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, Integrations, and other internal partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent implementations while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines; performing detailed data review and quality control to validate setup accuracy and compliance; identifying and proactively mitigating risks, dependencies, and gaps; leading high-complexity, high-risk client implementations requiring advanced knowledge and customization; serving as an escalation resource for complex issues; mentoring Benefit Implementation Consultants by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex scenarios; identifying process improvement opportunities; staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes; and supporting department initiatives, special projects, and change management efforts.
You will act as a subject matter expert on employee benefits, benefit administration processes, system functionality, and applicable federal and state regulations. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong quality-control skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in escalated or high-pressure situations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in benefit implementation, benefit administration, or closely related field
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, education, certifications, or training
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years related experience AND related certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex or large-scale benefit implementations
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR
- Strong understanding of employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and related programs
- Working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations related to benefit administration
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs
- Strong understanding of benefit implementation and administration processes
- Advanced knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent implementations
- Ability to mentor and support peers
- Industry certification preferred (e.g., FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, or similar)
