Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and service provider, is seeking a UKG Ready Customer Support Specialist to deliver expert-level support to clients using UKG Ready HRIS and benefits administration systems. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes over $135B in annual payroll.
In this role, you will be the primary resource for clients using UKG Ready HR and Benefits modules. You will review client-submitted support tickets, gather requirements, and translate them into correct system updates or configurations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting HR Core configuration, Benefits Administration (plan setup, rules, eligibility, deductions), Open Enrollment configuration and deployment, workflow routing and approval processes, role permissions and security setup, and standard and custom reporting.
You will configure benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k), and other client-specific offerings. You will update and optimize HR settings, workflows, and security roles. Training responsibilities include providing guidance to clients or internal teams on HR Core, Benefits, reporting, and workflows. You will assist with documentation, job aids, and internal knowledge articles to support consistent processes.
Collaboration is essential—you will work with cross-functional teams including Payroll and Implementation to resolve complex issues, escalate technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of client communication, and participate in internal projects, system enhancements, and testing initiatives. You will also contribute to process improvements and support the team during high-volume periods and Open Enrollment season.
This is an in-office position based in Duluth, GA (or Chandler, AZ for those near that location). Regular attendance at the assigned corporate office is an essential job function.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant non-traditional degree/job training programs)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience supporting or administering UKG Ready, with focus on HR/Benefits
- Background in HRIS, HR operations, benefits administration, or related fields
- UKG Ready experience is required
- Strong understanding of HR operations and common benefit plan structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new applications as needed
- Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to share process improvement insights
