Rula is seeking a Workato Administrator to own and manage the automation platform that connects critical systems including Salesforce, Zendesk, and operational tools. This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations, directly impacting outcomes for mental health providers and patients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining enterprise integrations in Workato that eliminate manual work for operations teams
- Investigating integration failures, diagnosing root causes, and implementing robust error handling and monitoring to ensure failures are visible and actionable
- Identifying inefficient or manual operational processes and delivering automated solutions with measurable business impact
- Collaborating with Technical Program Managers, Salesforce Administrators, and developers on the Business Systems team
- Owning the integration platform with autonomy to shape how automation reduces manual work across the company
- Troubleshooting production issues and ensuring system reliability
You will have real ownership of a critical platform and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in how Rula's operations scale.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise integrations in Workato or comparable platform (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io)
- Direct experience administering Salesforce or serving as primary integration owner in close partnership with Salesforce team
- Demonstrated hands-on experience troubleshooting production integration failures, diagnosing root causes, and building robust error handling and monitoring
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and external ID matching between disparate systems
- Proven track record of identifying manual or inefficient operational processes and delivering automated solutions with measurable results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Official Workato Certification
- Prior experience as sole or primary administrator owning an enterprise integration platform
- Strong data architecture foundation, including defining and enforcing system-of-record boundaries across integrated systems
- Self-directed mindset with demonstrated ability to own and drive a platform with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce data architecture, including standard/custom objects, relationships, and external lookup keys
