As VP People, you will own the entire employee lifecycle and shape how Unframe supports, develops, and scales its global workforce. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic vision and operational execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end employee lifecycle globally (onboarding through offboarding)
- Partnering with the recruiting team to accelerate hiring and streamline recruitment processes
- Supporting managers on performance management, employee development, promotions, and compensation cycles
- Coaching managers on leadership best practices, feedback conversations, and difficult employee relations situations
- Designing and delivering manager enablement programs and leadership training
- Leading annual and ongoing performance review processes with consistency across the organization
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and strengthening company culture
- Supporting organizational changes and people-related decision-making
- Using people data to identify trends and recommend practical solutions
- Building and scaling global People processes while adapting for different locations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, People, or HRBP roles within fast-growing technology startups
- Demonstrated experience leading an HR and/or Talent Acquisition function
- Hands-on mindset with ability to move between strategic thinking and operational execution
- Previous experience supporting managers and leadership teams in high-growth environments, ideally across multiple locations
- Proven experience leading performance management, employee relations, and organizational processes
- Experience coaching managers through complex people situations with confidence and sound judgment
- Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and HR best practices
- Experience designing and facilitating manager training programs (significant advantage)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently and building processes from the ground up
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
