The Treasury Manager role supports Revolut's local treasury function in New Zealand, managing liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks. This is a key position within the Finance team, which drives clarity and confidence across the organization by assessing risk, guiding decisions, and supporting growth. Key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end liquidity, capital, and market risk in New Zealand - Designing and implementing treasury management frameworks - Supporting treasury-related regulatory reporting - Developing deep insights into liquidity movement and risk management, building and maintaining models and methodologies for liquidity forecasting - Supporting the business in launching and developing features by advising on capital and liquidity requirements - Managing relationships with banking partners - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local financial regulatory requirements You will play a key role in decision-making by building financial modelling and frameworks, and owning treasury-related analysis on market initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience supporting end-to-end treasury processes and controls - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (finance, economics, or mathematics) - Experience as a Treasury Analyst in a bank or within the financial services industry - Solid understanding of Reserve Bank of New Zealand regulations and local financial operations - Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset - Ability to understand complex financial concepts and solve them systematically NICE TO HAVE: - Proficiency in data tools, preferably SQL - CFA Programme Level 1 or higher - NZFMA accreditation
