Salary: USD 175,875 - 251,250 / annual
Zscaler is seeking a Transformation Architect to join the Americas Field Sales department in a remote capacity. This role reports to the Director, Sales Engineering and focuses on driving customer engagement and solution design with technical leadership for Zero Trust architecture deployment and optimization.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures tailored to customer environments, gathering requirements and understanding specifications while evaluating existing systems, and influencing and mentoring activities within the team and across the organization. This is a customer-facing technical role that requires deep expertise in security architecture and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable deployment strategies.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industry experience within Networking and Cybersecurity
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in technical domains, supported by advanced relevant industry certifications
- Deep knowledge of NIST Zero Trust Architecture and familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Comprehensive understanding of Networking and Security environments
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a customer-facing technology promoter
- Additional cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains
- Proven track record supporting Enterprise, Large Enterprise, and Major accounts
