Nozomi Networks is a leader in operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure organizations across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and resources in over 68 countries. The company is expanding its Delivery department and seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver excellent customer support and drive process improvements.
In this role, you will provide post-sales technical support including break-fix, consulting, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve issues. You will perform customer service related to infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization. You will drive customer interactions for issue resolution while coordinating with internal Product and Engineering teams as needed. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining expertise across Nozomi Networks' entire product line, creating and updating knowledge base content, understanding critical account infrastructure, providing white-glove support for critical accounts, and replicating customer issues in the lab before internal escalation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer roles
- Experience in network security in support, design, consultancy, or operations roles
- Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations
- Knowledge of common networking and security protocols and applications
- Detailed technical experience with installations, configuration, and operation of security appliances in large complex environments
- Strong information security principles knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solid working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols
- Comfortable using FreeBSD
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Experience in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security projects
