We are seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team of 100 AI and video experts. This is a zero-to-one builder role for someone energized by ambiguity and shipping at speed. You will work at the intersection of applied AI, product instinct, and solid architecture—owning problems end-to-end across the full stack without waiting for tickets or handoffs.
You will contribute to building the next generation of AI-native products, bringing technical judgment to AI-generated code, and shipping novel solutions. The role demands someone who can move fast, make smart trade-offs, and maintain quality while iterating rapidly. You'll work with a team that values shipping speed, customer obsession, ruthless prioritization, and championship-level collaboration.
Tech stack: GCP, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, Redis, MongoDB, Cloud Storage, LLMs, and AI Agents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience with AI-native codebases (product or engineering background)
- Full-stack capability: comfortable with React frontend and Node.js or Django backend; you own multiple layers without waiting for others
- Proven ability to ship from scratch, ideally solo or on a tiny team; you define scope and thrive in ambiguity
- Speed-oriented mindset; shipping is a sport to you
- Fluent use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor) with clear understanding of their limits and when human judgment is required
NICE TO HAVES:
- Multimodal AI engineering experience (video ML / video AI)
- Background blending product thinking with technical depth
