EGYM, a global fitness technology leader, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the launch of its ecosystem products into new international markets. You will own the end-to-end execution of market expansion initiatives, from discovery through go-to-market rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather market-specific requirements including regional certifications, trade regulations, and localization needs
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Legal, Tax, Supply Chain, Commercial) to define launch goals and realistic execution roadmaps
- Drive end-to-end implementation and GTM rollout of EGYM products across new international growth markets
- Proactively resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, monitor project progress, and report status updates to keep stakeholders aligned through launch closure
You will be fully integrated into the Hardware Engineering department and establish strong working relationships across EGYM's international organization. Within the first six months, you will assume full ownership of at least one project, driving it through the complete workflow from start to finish.
The role is based in Munich with a hybrid workplace model and requires travel up to 20–25% to target markets, production facilities, and supplier sites.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in compliance or international product launches
- Deep understanding of hardware and software product development with hands-on mentality to drive projects from discovery to deployment
- Proven track record orchestrating cross-functional teams (Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tech) in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel 20–25% to target markets, production sites, and supplier locations
