ServiceNow's Security Organization is hiring a Technical Program Manager to bring delivery discipline to three interconnected programs: Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, managing the OKR and epic portfolio across multiple engineering teams while ensuring committed work flows into agile backlogs and delivery dates hold. You will own the end-to-end program coordination for initiatives that span many teams and multiple quarters. The core challenge: dependencies, shifting priorities, and unclear ownership can stall critical security work. You'll be the person who tracks, communicates, and resolves cross-team dependencies so engineers stay focused on technical delivery and leaders can focus on strategy and people. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the OKR and epic portfolio across all three programs, including creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking - Lead ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand change, communicating trade-offs clearly to stakeholders - Work with team leads to ensure each team's agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed delivery dates - Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, driving them to resolution or escalating early - Produce executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting for the whole portfolio - Run gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones - Model team capacity against competing priorities and raise conflicts early - Build repeatable standards such as OKR governance and intake/planning templates that scale across teams Success measures for the first 6-12 months include: a single, current OKR and epic view across all three programs; each team's agile funnel aligned to committed delivery dates; cross-team blockers resolved on a predictable cadence; ASM success measures defined with regular leadership reporting; and a reduction in program coordination work carried by managers and engineers. ServiceNow notes that West Palm Beach, Florida relocation is available with full relocation costs covered by the company. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: - 12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations, OR similar experience with education - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies - Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools (such as ServiceNow Agile) - Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes - Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting - Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority Preferred: - Experience in security operations, vulnerability management, configuration or compliance management, CMDB, or attack surface and exposure management - Familiarity with regulated or government environments such as FedRAMP and federal directives - Experience launching a new program, including defining metrics and reporting cadence - Experience with capacity planning and portfolio-level road mapping - PMP, SAFe, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)
