ServiceNow's Security Organization is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery discipline across three interconnected security programs: Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, managing the OKR and epic portfolio while ensuring committed work flows into engineering team backlogs on schedule. You will own cross-program coordination for initiatives that span multiple quarters and teams. Your core responsibilities include: managing the OKR and epic portfolio (creation, refinement, sequencing, status tracking); leading ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand shift, communicating trade-offs clearly to stakeholders; aligning each team's agile funnel to current priorities and committed delivery dates; tracking dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams and driving resolution or escalation; producing executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting; running gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones; modeling team capacity against competing priorities and raising conflicts early; and building repeatable standards (OKR governance, intake templates, planning frameworks) that scale across teams. The role matters because these programs span many teams and stay active for multiple quarters. Dependencies, shifting priorities, and unclear ownership can stall critical work. You will be the person who tracks, communicates, and resolves cross-team dependencies so engineers can stay focused on technical delivery and leaders can focus on strategy and people. Success measures for the first 6–12 months include: a single, current OKR and epic view across all three programs; each team's agile funnel aligned to committed delivery dates; cross-team blockers resolved on a predictable cadence; ASM success measures defined with regular leadership reporting; and a reduction in program coordination work carried by managers and engineers. REQUIREMENTS: - 12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations (or equivalent education) - Track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies - Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow Agile) - Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes - Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting - Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in security operations, vulnerability management, configuration or compliance management, CMDB, or attack surface and exposure management - Familiarity with regulated or government environments (FedRAMP, federal directives) - Experience launching a new program, including defining metrics and reporting cadence - Experience with capacity planning and portfolio-level road mapping - PMP, SAFe, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)
