Tenstorrent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the post-silicon productization of high-performance PCIe cards and multi-chip server systems. You will coordinate complex work across the full development lifecycle, bringing structure and momentum to programs by aligning objectives, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables. Success depends on building strong partnerships across product management, hardware, software, supply chain, manufacturing, NPI, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, resource needs, performance requirements, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, and release readiness.
- Coordinate module-level and system-level validation, including compliance, reliability, life testing, and activities required to launch successful products.
- Monitor execution closely, raise risks early, and partner with stakeholders to create practical mitigation plans and resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation and communication needed by engineering, manufacturing, customer-service, and leadership teams, including test procedures, drawings, bills of materials, reports, and program-review presentations.
You will learn the realities of bringing complex compute hardware from post-silicon evaluation into a manufacturable and supportable product, understand dependencies connecting engineering decisions with supply chain execution, ODM coordination, manufacturing readiness, validation, and customer support, and develop approaches to leading through ambiguity and building trust across functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
- At least 4 years of product design or validation experience.
- 3 or more years leading projects or technical programs.
- Technically grounded with ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
- Clear and proactive communicator who can turn open issues into decisions and maintain visibility into program health.
- Comfortable navigating product development across PCB or mechanical design, software and firmware, validation, NPI operations, ODMs, and external suppliers.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve research, planning, analysis, documentation, and execution.
