OnePay is a consumer fintech platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, offering banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one integrated platform. The company also delivers embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers through partnerships with employers, HCM providers, and gig platforms. As Technical Program Manager for Growth, you will own the growth roadmap and serve as the connective tissue between marketing, product, and engineering teams. Your primary responsibilities include: **Core Responsibilities:** - Own and maintain the growth roadmap, translating requests from marketing, paid media, and product into scoped tickets with clear owners and timelines. Keep roadmaps, runbooks, and data flow documentation current, automating repetitive tasks with scripts or AI tools. - Lead testing and QA efforts with MarTech and growth engineers. Write test plans, validate changes in staging and on test devices before launch, and confirm successful deployment post-launch. - Manage data flow into paid media platforms, including customer data platform destinations, audience syncs, reverse ETL, and server-side events. Monitor for dropped events, low match rates, and schema drift, writing or adjusting scripts as needed. - Own relationships with mobile measurement partners. Debug attribution issues, maintain SDK and ad network integrations, and handle support escalations, renewals, and roadmap discussions. - Ensure tracking consistency across app, website, customer data platform, and web analytics. Investigate discrepancies between data sources. - Execute SDK upgrades, attribution migrations, and new vendor onboarding from evaluation through cutover, including rollback planning. - Support paid and acquisition campaigns across search, social, app-install networks, app store search ads, and affiliates, including click ID configuration, exclusion lists, and test setup. - Engage Privacy and Legal early in planning to ensure consent, data-sharing limits, and data subject requests are integrated into launches. You will work on a remote-first team that values speed, clear communication, and asynchronous collaboration. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment on prioritization, and the ability to say no when necessary. **Requirements:** - 8+ years in technical program management, supporting growth, performance marketing, MarTech, or data teams - Hands-on experience with a customer data platform: connecting to multiple ad platforms, mapping and filtering events, syncing audiences with consent rules applied. Ability to read tracking plans and destination configs to identify potential launch issues. - Experience with mobile measurement partners and solid understanding of attribution concepts: click IDs, ATT, SKAdNetwork, view-through vs. click-through conversions, platform-reported vs. first-party conversions. Track record of debugging discrepancies and working directly with vendors. - Testing and QA experience with engineers on tracking or integration launches: test plans, staging checks, debug tools, test devices, regression testing after SDK or release changes. - SQL proficiency and ability to pull your own data and numbers. - Track record running programs across engineering, design, data, and marketing with clear specifications, honest status updates, and documented decision records. - Good judgment on priorities and comfort with ambiguity in a remote-first environment. **Nice to Have:** - Consumer fintech or regulated industry experience - Reverse ETL into paid media (conversion APIs, offline conversions, audience uploads) and maintaining health metrics (match rates, deduplication, delays, dropped events) - Ability to read and write simple scripts in JavaScript or Liquid for event payload transformation or template building - Cloud data warehouse experience - Working knowledge of marketing privacy regulations: consent, CCPA and similar state laws, GLBA, and limits on sharing customer data with ad platforms
