You will lead engineering development for a product team, responsible for creating, developing, improving, and maintaining Fever services across iOS, Android, and web platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll drive architectural decisions, mentor experienced engineers, and contribute to team processes.
In your first month, you'll integrate into the team, participate in planning and retrospectives, familiarize yourself with Fever's tech stack (frameworks, CI/CD, infrastructure), merge pull requests to production, and experience Fever's original events like Candlelight.
By month three, you'll solve complex architectural problems from design through implementation, write production-grade Python code handling high traffic, measure feature outcomes, and participate in hackathons across teams.
By month six, you'll own responsibilities across different system components, lead new microservices from conception to production, mentor team members through code reviews and pair programming, and drive ambitious initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns
- Knowledge of relational databases (internals and data-intensive systems)
- Experience with distributed systems, network communication, scalability, and resilience
- Ability to deliver code from development to production
