Salary: USD 90,200 - 163,450 / annual
DocuSign is seeking a Tax Analyst to join its income tax team in a remote, individual contributor role reporting to the Tax Provision & Reporting Director. The role supports US federal and state provision and compliance processes, with exposure to international tax workflows as part of the global consolidated income tax reporting function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in preparation of quarterly provisions and tax returns, including US federal book-to-tax adjustments, state tax adjustments, and attribute carryforward schedules
- Preparing US federal and state return-to-provision (RTP) calculations
- Developing, preparing, and maintaining audit-ready workpapers and documentation of tax positions
- Processing income tax payments, preparing and posting required income tax journal entries, and maintaining monthly income tax account roll-forwards and reconciliations
- Supporting special projects including M&A activities, process improvements, audit support, and tax technology implementations
- Assisting in business tax filings and other tax submissions
- Managing accruals and payments related to business taxes and tax consulting

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate tax or accounting experience
- Experience with federal tax regulations and general state/local tax concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA or Master's degree in Tax or Accounting
- Experience in a compliance or provision-focused tax role in a multinational company
- Public accounting experience with Big 4 firms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
