As Talent Manager, you will work closely with the Talent & Culture Director to operationalize and strengthen Qonto's talent management practices as the company scales. You will connect people data with insights from managers and employees to design fair, robust talent management frameworks and build engaging career paths.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and improve HR frameworks and products across performance management, feedback, objectives, potential assessment, talent programmes and succession planning
- Partner with HR operations to enhance mid-year and end-of-year cycles
- Develop Qonto's career-path approach and connect skills development with internal mobility
- Analyze HR-cycle data and gather qualitative insights to identify gaps and create prioritized roadmaps
- Prototype solutions, test with stakeholders, and iterate based on evidence and feedback
- Align and influence key stakeholders across People and business functions; equip managers with clear guidance
You will report to Marjorie Boruel, Talent & Culture Director, who leads 15+ HR experts and brings 10+ years of HR experience, including 8 years at Qonto scaling talent acquisition and people programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong in-house experience designing and implementing talent management frameworks (performance, feedback, objectives, potential, career development) in mature, structured organizations
- Ability to conceptualize complex ideas into simple, useful frameworks and lead implementation across functions
- Analytical problem-solving: combine quantitative data and qualitative insights to identify root causes and propose solutions
- Stakeholder influence: credible, emotionally intelligent, able to provide strategic HR advice and mobilize senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Proactive, solutions-driven, comfortable forming convictions and constructively challenging others
- Fluent professional English required; French and/or another European language strongly preferred
